ShutkiPacker.com is an online shopping platform open to everyone. Visitors are welcome to browse our selection, explore available products, and place orders for the products displayed and advertised on our website.

1. Your Agreement to Our Terms and Conditions

You have easy access to our site to browse and place orders for our products (as displayed and advertised). By using our site, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

(a) Complete your registration by following our instructions, and

(b) Choose and order our products through our site.

2. Registration

If you wish to become our customer and purchase our product(s), you are requested to complete your registration through our site first. Once registered, your customer account will be created.

  • Your customer account is non-transferable. As it is your own account, you may update, edit, modify, or deactivate it at any time.
  • You need not open more than one account, and you must use only one account per delivery address.
  • If you use a workplace email address to register or access our site, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with any rules, policies, or protocols that apply to your use of that email and workplace address.

3. Ordering Product(s)

You may order our product(s) by selecting them and submitting your order through the site.

Your order is regarded as an offer by you to purchase the selected product(s) at the fixed price displayed (including delivery and courier charges, where applicable).

Our staff may contact you by phone or email to confirm order details or request additional information necessary to process your order. You must provide us with current, complete, and accurate details at the time of ordering.

4. Cancellation of Order

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel your order at any time, for any reasonable cause. Common reasons for rejection or cancellation include:

  • The requested/ordered product is not available in stock.
  • There is an error in the displayed price.
  • There is an error in your order details.
  • Your order or delivery address is incomplete or invalid.

We also reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or reject a user account for reasonable or unavoidable cause.

Every unverified order will be held for 24 (twenty-four) hours for verification. If no response is received from the customer within this time, the order will be automatically cancelled.

5. Delivery of Product(s)

We will deliver ordered product(s) only to the valid address provided by you at the time of order. Delivery timing and procedures are available in detail on our site.

  • As our customer, you are expected to receive your ordered product(s) yourself.
  • In case of your absence or inability to receive the product(s), your representative may receive them on your behalf, provided they present valid proof of identity.
  • Please inspect your package at the time of delivery where possible, and report any visible damage to the delivery agent immediately.

6. Payment Methods

We currently accept payment via:

  • bKash
  • Rocket
  • Nagad
  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

All prices listed on the site are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive/exclusive of delivery charges as noted at checkout.

7. Refund Policy

If you pre-pay (via bKash/Rocket/Nagad) for an order and the ordered product(s) become unavailable in our stock, we will offer you a replacement of equal value or price range. If you decline the replacement, the order will be cancelled.

  • To request a refund in such cases, please contact our Customer Service within 12 hours of being notified.
  • Shutkipacker.com retains full authority over the refund payment policy and procedure.
  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 (three) working days.

8. Policy Regarding Promotional Product(s)

Delivery of any promotional product, special product, special offer, or special package is entirely subject to stock availability.

  • If the promotional item is out of stock, you will be requested to replace your chosen item with another available product.
  • Alternatively, you may cancel your order.

9. Policy Regarding Gift (Free) Items

When you purchase a certain amount, a special package, or accept a special offer, you may occasionally receive gift (free) item(s) as advertised or displayed online.

Please note:

  • Gift (free) items are subject to stock availability.
  • No objection or complaint will be entertained regarding the nature of a gift item, unless the item was promised but not provided.
  • You are free to decline a gift item if you do not want or need it.

10. Policy Regarding Use of the Platform

Shutkipacker.com is an online shopping platform intended strictly for personal purchase and consumption. It is not a business-to-business (B2B) marketplace.

We strictly discourage the use of our platform for reselling, bulk commercial purchasing, or any other commercial activity not intended for personal use. We reserve the right to cancel orders or suspend accounts suspected of violating this policy.

11. Policy Regarding Returning or Changing Product(s)

In accordance with common business practice, “a product once sold cannot be returned.” However, in cases of valid and logical cause, we may change a sold product or return payment, as outlined below.

In Case of Changing Product(s)

You may request a product change under the following circumstances:

  • There is a fault or defect in the product.
  • The delivered product does not match your ordered product.
  • There is a fault with the color or size of the product.
  • A wrong product was delivered.

To request a product change:

  1. Register your complaint by emailing [email protected] or [email protected] or calling 01348208820, within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving the product.
  2. Send a photograph of the product to us (if requested).
  3. Our staff will contact you by phone within 24 hours to address your complaint.
  4. Send the original receipt (not a photocopy) of your purchase to Shutkipacker.com at your own cost, within a maximum of 3 (three) working days.
  5. After verifying your complaint, a replacement product will be delivered to you within 3 (three) working days, at our cost.
  6. If a product is returned without valid cause, it will be sent back to you at your own cost.

In Case of Returning Money

Generally, no money is refunded once an order is confirmed, except in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock.
  • You cancel your order within the allowed time.
  • Shutkipacker.com cancels the order for a valid reason.

To request a refund:

  1. Call our customer care service within a maximum of 12 hours of paying to cancel your order.
  2. Shutkipacker.com reserves the right to cancel an order at any time for unavoidable reasons, even after payment and confirmation.
  3. In case of cancellation or unavailability, our staff will inform you by phone. Please provide accurate payment details (bKash/Rocket/Nagad) so your refund can be processed within a maximum of 3 (three) working days.
  4. If you do not cooperate in providing refund details within 7 (seven) working days, your refund complaint will no longer be accepted.

12. Product Descriptions and Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices on our site are accurate. However:

  • Minor variations in color, packaging, or weight (particularly for dried/food items such as shutki) may occur due to the natural nature of the product.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you accordingly.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on Shutkipacker.com — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, images, and site design — is the property of Shutkipacker.com and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

Shutkipacker.com will not be held liable for:

  • Delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, courier disruptions, strikes).
  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or site.

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

15. Privacy

Any personal information you provide during registration or ordering (name, address, phone number, payment details, etc.) will be used solely to process your order and improve our service. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to complete delivery or comply with the law.

16. Changes to These Terms

Shutkipacker.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
